- Login to www.sgparcelbox.com (this is the e-commerce site, enabling you to purchase and manage your online orders seamlessly)
- Use your registered email address
- Follow by your password
- Login to SG PARCELBOX Mobile App (this App provides seamless control over your Parcel Box)
- Use the same email address as above

Troubleshooting

- Parcel Box cannot connect to WiFI → watch video
- Forgot Box Master Pin Code → watch video
- Box’s buzzer activates easily with the slightest touch → reduce motion sensor sensitivity → watch video
- I forgot my Box’s Master Pin code → email or call us with the information above
- Parcel Box shows black screen even after tapping the screen
- Connect a charging cable (make sure it’s a working cable) to the bottom right of the screen holder. Tap the screen again. If screen turns on, continue to charge for at least another 4 hours.
- Connect a charging cable, if screen remains black, please contact us.
- Parcel Box screen is active, but the system becomes unresponsive and fails to complete tasks. (this can occur when Box loses WiFi connection during an ongoing task)
- Key in Box’s Master Pin Code to open Box’s door. Behind the door, on top-left side of the plastic enclosure is a switch. Push left to off Screen, wait for 5 seconds, then push right to activate screen. Do functional test using Box’s Master pin code to open and close the door and check that the notifications matches your action.
- Not able to key in Box‘s Master Pin Code. Use the physical key to open Box’s door, switch off the screen and then turn it back on. Do functional test as above
- Turn on Box’s screen, check the WIFI signal;
